Who Needs a Data Diode?

Some clients just need the data diode to provide the ability to send data from one network to another without any possibility that data can be sent in the opposite direction, providing total isolation of the receiving network. Other clients need a data diode as part of a Raise the Bar (RTB) compliant cross domain system to separate high threat networks (HTNs) from more sensitive networks.
