Vice President
Donna Counterman serves as Probity’s Vice President of Operations, bringing over 25 years of experience across both the federal government and private contracting sectors within the Intelligence Community. In her role, she works closely with the CEO to lead day-to-day operations, overseeing contract management, human resources, talent acquisition, and business development initiatives.
Donna is a graduate of George Washington University, the American Political Science Association, and a former Congressional Fellow. Her distinguished career in public service is further highlighted by a U.S. Senate commendation.
