Donna Counterman
Vice President
Donna Counterman serves as Probity’s Vice President of Business Operations. She has 25+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community, on both the federal and private contracting sides. As VP, Donna works closely with the CEO to manage the day-to-day operations at Probity, including contract oversight, human resources, recruiting, and business development.
Her passions include training her German Shepherd in advanced American Kennel Club tricks, caring for and spending quality time with her three horses, and gardening with native flowers to provide habitats for bees and butterflies.
