Rich Damers is the Technical Director at Probity, providing tactical and strategic guidance in business development, government solutions, commercial products, and corporate IT initiatives. Rich has 40 years of systems engineering leadership experience, including the design, development, deployment, and support of mission-critical enterprise systems within the Intelligence Community and Federal Government.
Rich grew up on Long Island but has been a passionate fan of the Washington teams—Commanders, Nationals, and Capitals—ever since moving to Virginia in 1992. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and relaxing vacations at Emerald Isle, NC, Smith Mountain Lake, VA, and other exotic destinations on his bucket list.
