Marcus Ordonez

Marcus Ordonez comes to Probity with over 10 years of executive level experience in government administration. He has been recognized for technology insertion and office modernization in medium size to large organizations. Throughout his career in government service, Marcus has focused on maximizing cost recovery on large projects through non-tax revenue generating innovations. An entrepreneur to the core, Marcus has been involved in multi-media software development across several private sector fields. His experience as a manager and out-of-the-box thinker bring an extra spark of energy and creativity to every project.

Manny Ordonez

Manny Ordonez founded Multi-Threaded Inc in 2003 as a boutique software development firm. Mr. Ordonez has over 20 years of technical and leadership contributions within the Federal Government. With his broad software, database, systems engineering and systems integration background, he has experience, confidence, and know-how to address customers’ problems at an organization level. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in information retrieval and storage, he has successfully engineered, architected and deployed numerous solutions across the community. His experience in the media exploitation field has helped him to engineer solutions supporting processing, storage, visualization of data at a Tera-Scale level. Manny’s get it done with all the tools in the belt approach have led to solutions that aren’t singular in scope, vision and often help customers to realize the gain of pulling the low hanging fruit. Mr. Ordonez has led the development of both large and small scale projects focusing on Controlled Interfaces, data transformation, data retrieval, classification, categorization, and other key elements of Knowledge Management (KM).

Donna Counterman

Donna Counterman serves as Probity’s Director of Business Operations.  She has 25+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community, on both the federal and private contracting sides.   As the Director, Mrs. Counterman works closely with the CEO to manage the day-to-day operations at Probity, including contracts oversight, human resources, recruiting and business development.

Rich Damers

Rich Damers is Director of Technical Services at Probity Inc., providing both tactical and strategic guidance for company initiatives, to include new business development, quality assurance on corporate products and internal IT initiatives.
Mr. Damers has 35 years of systems engineering experience and has successfully led the design, development, implementation, and support of many mission critical enterprise systems within the Intelligence Community and federal government. He currently serves as lead system architect for the design/development of an enterprise next generation cross domain system.

Ken Eyerman

Ken has over thirty years of experience managing day to day operations for finance and accounting departments and in the development of financial systems and processes. In his role as Probity Inc’s Director of Finance, his responsibilities include overseeing the financial operations, systems, and processes of Probity, Inc.  He also is responsible for the oversight of audit and tax, indirect rate maintenance, proposal development, and cost volume submissions. Ken also serves on Probity, Inc’s executive committee.
Prior to joining Probity, Inc, Ken served as a financial consultant for private and government IC clients providing financial support, rate development and cost proposal submissions, and general financial processing. He has also served as CFO for a software development and channel sales company where he played an integral role in the development and growth of the company while overseeing financial operations. He was a key member of the team that successfully executed the sale of the company to a large publicly traded organization. He began his career with a large national accounting firm as an auditor for both private and public sector clients. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Catholic University of America.

Francis Kubala

Francis Kubala joined Probity in 2013 and began building the Content Analytics Division (CAD) as a specialized Solutions Business Unit, in collaboration with Probity’s senior management. Mr. Kubala brings nearly 40 years of HLT experience as a researcher, DARPA performer and Principal Investigator, system solutions architect, and commercial product manager. He serves as the Director of CAD along with Mr. Brian Colaluca, CAD Project and Solutions Manager, Mr. Tim Mason, CAD Product Manager, and a team of highly skilled software and system engineers.
